ZED
K5 residentials is located in the northern edge of downtown Budapest, Hungary. The site was an empty plot in a development in unbroken row.
ZED Studio designed a 6 storey apartment building with 12 flats of various sizes. The general floors have 3 flats whilst the 2 top floors have 2 and 1 cosy penthouse apartments looking upen Kerekes Street. The ground floor houses all necessary service areas and a car parking plus further storages for each flat.
Our Studio was to deliver complete architectural design and final construction and detail designs. Visualisations and interior renderings were also realized as part of our assignment.
