MILLENIUM TOWER III.
At the turn of the Millennium the real estate developer TriGránit began to build in the 9th district's most valuable contiguous construction area at the southern part of the Danube riverbank in Budapest, Hungary. The newly created Millenium Quarter is sorrounded by residential areas, offices and former industrial sites under reutilization. Thus the development also included various functions such as office, residential buildings and also cultural centre.
A 'twin-tower' Millennium III. office building facing the riverbank and located in front of the new Hungarian National Theatre was costumized to the needs of Morgan Stanley investment bank and since has been leased to its Hungarian subsidiary. Our studio designed the office building and its tenant areas on behalf of Morgan Stanley and Gránit Bank based on the concept of the well known Hungarian architects Vadász Stúdió.
